随着社会经济的快速发展和城市化进程的加速,城市居民对优质教育资源的需求日益增长,特别是在人口密度大、空间资源相对紧张的区域,这种需求更为迫切。深圳市罗湖区梅园片区居住人口密集,学位需求旺盛,为解决该片区学位紧张的问题,保障校舍安全,充分挖掘空间潜力,由AUBE欧博设计主持设计的梅园实验学校在各方期待中,经历了4年的设计与建设,于2024年竣工并在同年9月投入使用。

With the rapid development of the socio-economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the demand for high-quality educational resources among urban residents has been steadily increasing, particularly in densely populated areas with constrained spatial capacity, where such demand is even more urgent. To address the pressing need for school places in the Meiyuan area of Shenzhen’s Luohu District, and to ensure campus safety while fully tapping into its spatial potential, AUBE Conception led the design of the Meiyuan Experimental School. Following four years of design and construction amid widespread anticipation, the school was completed in 2024 and welcomed its first students in September of the same year.

 

笋岗梅园实验学校地处罗湖核心发展区域,位于新罗湖会客厅“笋岗街道田心社区”,紧邻田笋路与梨园路,西北临城建梅园片区城市更新单元,南接城市绿地公园,是罗湖区直属九年一贯制学校。

Situated in the core development area of Luohu District, the Sungang Meiyuan Experimental School lies within the Tianxin Community of Sungang Subdistrict, the new urban living room of the district. Bordered by Tiansun Road and Liyuan Road, with the Urban Renewal Unit of City Construction Meiyuan Area to its northwest and an urban green park to its south, the project is established as a nine-year system school directly under Luohu District’s administration.

立体复合校园

高密度下的空间尺度

 

学校纵深推进国家教育数字化战略行动、向世界讲述中国科创教育故事、以人工智能赋能中小学教育改革的创新型校园,项目占地面积为16500平方米,建筑面积约63300平方米,规划为36班办学规模,其中小学24班,初中12班。

As a pioneering campus that actively advances the national strategy of digital education, the school aspires to narrate the story of China’s innovation in science and technology education while empowering reforms in primary and secondary education through artificial intelligence. Covering a site area of 16,500 square meters with a floor area of approximately 63,300 square meters, the campus is planned to accommodate 36 classes—24 at the primary level and 12 at the junior high school level.

 

校园场地为呈35°朝向的矩形地块,建筑容积率(不含操场)达到2.7,紧缺的用地、激增的教育需求以及高标准的办学目标,对设计的复合度提出了更高的要求。项目西北侧被该片区城市更新单元综合体环绕,如何在高密度环境下,营造亲切舒适的校园空间,以及在空间严格分区的情况下实现公共性的平衡,同时保证校园的安全管理,是本案设计探讨的核心。

The campus occupies a rectangular plot oriented at an angle of 35 degrees with a plot ratio (excluding the playground) of 2.7. With limited land availability, surging demand for education and ambitious goals for high-standard schooling, the design must meet an elevated level of complexity. Encircled by the urban renewal complex to the northwest, the design confronts the challenge of crafting an inviting and comfortable campus environment within a high-density setting. Moreover, it seeks to balance strict spatial zoning with public accessibility while ensuring robust campus safety—a core focus of the architectural narrative.

——

功能立体复合垂直叠加,打造动静分区的板下板上空间

 

从整体校园布局来看,将运动操场布置在场地西侧,以降低西侧规划超高层塔楼带来的压迫感;教学区布置在东侧,面向南侧公园,合理设置东西动静分区。在建筑整体上,将大体量的体育馆、700人报告厅、图书馆、餐厅、音乐教室等功能置于被抬高的操场底层;普通教室、专业教室等布置在二层及以上,集约高效方式打造出立体复合的校园空间。

In response to the overall layout, the sports playground is placed on the west side of the site to alleviate the oppressive scale of planned high-rise towers nearby. Teaching areas are arranged on the east side, oriented toward the park to the south, thereby establishing a clear east-west division between active and quiet functions. In terms of the architecture, the large-scale functions, including a gymnasium, a 700-seat auditorium, library, cafeteria, and music rooms, are arranged on the lower level beneath the raised playground, while standard classrooms and specialized classrooms occupy the second floor and above, forming a spatially efficient campus that embodies a compact and multi-dimensional educational environment.

交流的舞台,多层次的教学空间

 

建筑布局注重营造更亲近自然的开放的教学环境,面向操场的教学楼部分层层退台,将自然引入校园,形成向上生长态势。教学主楼一分为二,小学部面向公园,初中部面向内部庭院,二者南北平行布局,通过庭院为各自提供相对独立的活动空间,成为学生们课下与自然对话的场所。

The architectural layout embraces a pedagogical ethos rooted in openness and proximity to nature. Terraced setbacks along the teaching building facing the playground invite natural elements into the campus, cultivating a spatial expression of upward growth. The main teaching building is divided into two sections: the primary school faces the park, while the middle school overlooks an inner courtyard. These two parallel wings, aligned north-south, afford each section its own semi-independent courtyard space, offering ideal places for students to interact with nature during breaks.

绿意围绕,习于自然

 

学校除了是学生日常上课的场所,同时,也是学生与这个世界打交道的第一线。设计师将空间打开,面向城市与自然,旨在将更开阔的视野延伸至课堂,用自然启发思维与创造力:通过与周边的环境相连接,形成多层次、多维度的公共庭院空间,丰富学习环境。

Beyond being a place for daily classes, the school also plays its role as the immediate interface to the wider world. The design opens up spaces toward both the city and nature, extending the horizon of the classrooms to foster imagination and creativity with natural elements. Through layered, multi-dimensional public courtyard spaces that connect with the surrounding urban fabric, the campus enjoys a varied learning environment.

高密度环境,可持续发展

 

串联了多层次空间的环形廊道系统,是整个设计的亮点:连续环廊将资源中心,教学楼及室外操场多层次连通,不同高度的楼梯悬挂在中庭中,连接了不同标高的教学空间。结合高密度建筑设计的复合环廊交通系统,恰恰将这个场地的劣势转为优势,为小学和初中年龄段好奇心和求知欲旺盛的孩子们,提供了密集、丰富,又尺度舒适、亲近自然的休闲和交往空间。

At the heart of the design lies a multi-level ring corridor system, an innovative feature that links various spatial layers of the campus, connecting the resource center, teaching buildings, and the outdoor playground, with staircases at different heights suspended within the atrium, interlinking teaching spaces across multiple levels. In a high-density urban context, this complicated circulation system transforms what could have been a constraint into an opportunity. It offers young students, who are full of curiosity and a thirst for knowledge, an environment that is richly compact yet comfortable in scale and close-to-nature for relaxation, interaction, and exploration.

栖于城市山林

开启绿色未来

 

校园主入口的集散广场为微地形景观——形象之园。设计师将大片公共空间归还于城市,展示出自然、宜人的尺度,让孩子们穿越充满生机的植物奔跑上学,进入校园仿佛进入自然花园。

The main entrance plaza, a gently undulating landscape envisioned as the Garden of Image, reclaims public space for the city. Students are welcomed by vibrant, plant-lined paths, entering the campus as if stepping into a natural garden.

阅读之园作为图书馆的外部延展,层层叠落的木质台阶既是观影聚会的场所,又自然形成了错落有致的交往空间。木质台阶形成的交往空间,营造出舒适林下阅读区域,给学生们一个读书学习的自然环境。

The Garden of Reading, an extension of the library, features cascading wooden steps that double as seating for film screenings and tiered informal gathering spaces. These layered timber platforms naturally foster intimate social spaces, offering an inviting, forest-like setting for reading and study.

教室的边界在阳光与绿意中温柔消融。透过明亮的窗户,学生们抬眼便能望见摇曳的树冠,仿佛置身林间学堂,让每个求知时刻都沐浴在静谧而灵动的氛围中。

In the classrooms, boundaries softly dissolve into sunlight and foliage. Through large windows, students glimpse swaying treetops, feeling as though they are learning beneath the canopy of a forest, making each moment of curiosity infused with tranquility and vitality.

自然之美从室外延伸至室内篮球场,为学生提供了一个充满活力与生机的运动空间,让他们不管在晴天还是雨天都能肆意地挥洒汗水,茁壮成长。

The beauty of nature permeates the indoors as well, where the basketball court provides a dynamic and lively space for physical activities. Rain or shine, students are free to play and thrive in a vibrant ambience.

随着深圳罗湖笋岗梅园实验学校的建成和投入使用,这所位于高楼大厦中的校园不仅为罗湖区的孩子们提供了一个优质的学习环境,更是在高密度的城市环境中创造了一个与自然、城市和谐共生的示范。

With the completion and opening of Shenzhen Luohu Sungang Meiyuan Experimental School, this urban campus, nestled among skyscrapers, now stands as both a high-quality educational facility for local children and a benchmark for harmonious coexistence of nature, education, and the city in a high-density urban environment.

 

设计团队将继续探索学校教育在城市中的各种可能性,最大化挖掘城市特质、最大化释放人文空间,将复杂功能、多样需求融入多元、立体、高效的空间组织中,寻求自然、城市、人和文化的高度链接,为城市教育注入更多活力。

By incorporating complex programs and diverse needs with multi-functional, three-dimensional, and efficient spatial organizations, we seek to forge profound connections among nature, city, human, and culture, invigorating urban education with revigorated vitality.

 

在高密度的城市肌理中,一座立体复合式校园如流动的山林般舒展开来,以轻盈的姿态消解了混凝土森林的压迫感,形成通透的视觉通廊。这不仅是教育的容器,更是对城市空间的诗意重构,在这里,建筑本身即是公园,进退有致的走廊系统被精心设计为课间十分钟的非正式学习空间,孩子们可以倚着窗边的阅读角,或是围坐在错落的阶梯旁,在自然光与绿植的环抱中交流思想。这座校园通过多层次的空间组织、生态融合与功能复合,创造出一个既能满足现代教育需求,又能与城市和谐共生的流动山林。

In the densely woven urban fabric, this three-dimensional campus of multi-functionality unfolds like a flowing woodland, its light and graceful form dissolving the heaviness of the concrete jungle and creating open visual corridors. More than a bare container for education, this is a poetic reimagining of urban space. Here, the architecture itself becomes a park, a place where carefully crafted circulation systems serve as informal learning spaces during the ten-minute breaks between classes. Young students can linger at reading corners by the windows or gather around staggered steps, exchanging ideas under the embrace of natural light and greenery. With its multi-layered spatial orchestration, ecological integration, and functional versatility, this campus, a flowing mountain forest, fulfills modern educational demands while coexisting harmoniously with its urban context.
