地域性在建筑學(xué)中已不再是新概念，特別是在小體量項(xiàng)目中，越來越多的建筑師嘗試表達(dá)對(duì)地域性的理解然而，對(duì)于大體量項(xiàng)目，尤其是高層建筑，地域性似乎被自動(dòng)忽略。絕大多數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)仍然在追求形式上的創(chuàng)新表皮，依賴不斷演進(jìn)的幕墻技術(shù)大行其道。

In architectural discourse, regionalism is no longer a novel concept. For small-scale projects, increasing numbers of architects strive to interpret locality. Yet for large urban developments, especially high-rises, regional identity often seems inherently suppressed. Most designs still place their focus on being formally innovative with the aid of evolving curtain wall technologies.

這種以造型為目的的設(shè)計(jì)使建筑失去了真實(shí)性，任何建筑都可以放置在任何城市的任何地方。標(biāo)志性設(shè)計(jì)作為一種制高點(diǎn)宣言，掩蓋了空洞的設(shè)計(jì)和資本的操控。實(shí)際上，這種將建筑的“骨”和“皮”徹底分離的做法，某種程度上背離了建筑學(xué)，讓現(xiàn)代主義在隱秘中回歸進(jìn)古典主義的邏輯。建筑變成了一件擁有造價(jià)不菲的表皮的工藝品，既不與周圍環(huán)境相連，也不與內(nèi)部空間產(chǎn)生任何聯(lián)系。

Such form-driven approaches strip architecture of authenticity, allowing buildings to be placed anywhere without context. The highest objective of being iconic statements, mask hollow design logic and capital-driven agendas. This rigid separation of "bones" and "skin" subtly regresses modernism into classical formalism, reducing architecture to ornamented objects with costly exteriors—disconnected from their sites and internal functions.

一棟誠實(shí)的混凝土高層建筑

An Honest Concrete High-Rise

項(xiàng)目位于珠海市香洲區(qū)，主要由設(shè)計(jì)研究院的辦公總部、出租辦公部分和面向公共的停車樓組成。我們希望方案能夠體現(xiàn)研究機(jī)構(gòu)的學(xué)術(shù)氣質(zhì)以及設(shè)計(jì)感，與傳統(tǒng)的商務(wù)辦公樓明顯區(qū)分開來。

Located in Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, the project serves as an office headquarters for a design institute, with rental workspaces and a public parking tower. The design seeks to embody academic rigor and creativity, distinguishing itself from conventional commercial offices.

珠海市屬于南亞熱帶氣候，年平均溫度22°C，年降雨量約2000毫米，氣候溫暖、雨量充沛，日照充足，是一個(gè)非常適宜居住的旅游城市。因此，我們希望設(shè)計(jì)能打破傳統(tǒng)封閉空調(diào)辦公樓的局限，充分融合當(dāng)?shù)貧夂蚝腿宋馁Y源，拉近人與自然的關(guān)系。

Zhuhai’s subtropical climate—22°C annual average temperature, 2,000mm yearly rainfall, abundant sunshine—demands a response that liberates occupants from sealed air-conditioned boxes, reconnecting people with nature.

同時(shí)，我們相信一棟能夠經(jīng)受住時(shí)間考驗(yàn)的建筑必須是誠實(shí)的，它應(yīng)去除掉虛偽的裝飾，以最直接、最真實(shí)的建筑語言表達(dá)自我?；炷磷鳛槭褂米顝V泛的一種建筑材料，能夠很好的表達(dá)出建筑的雕塑感和結(jié)構(gòu)性。隨著時(shí)間的推移，它還會(huì)呈現(xiàn)風(fēng)化效果，帶有濃厚的歷史氛圍。我們也希望體現(xiàn)出混凝土精致和易于維護(hù)的一面，所以選擇了清水混凝土作為主要設(shè)計(jì)語言。盡管這對(duì)一座近100米的建筑來說是巨大的挑戰(zhàn)，但在業(yè)主的認(rèn)可與支持下，我們成功地實(shí)現(xiàn)了這一構(gòu)想。

We believe timeless architecture must be honest: stripped of superficial decoration, expressed through authentic structural language. Concrete, as a widely used material, inherently conveys sculptural solidity. Over time, its weathered texture evokes historical resonance. To balance refinement and practicality, fair-faced concrete became the primary material—a bold choice for a 100-meter-high structure, realized through the client’s unwavering support.

建筑長96米，寬27米，高99.8米，立面接近方形。一字展開的水平遮陽板和樹池是主體以及裙房部分唯一的語言，它們既回應(yīng)了建筑的內(nèi)部功能，又與城市環(huán)境相呼應(yīng)。

The building measures 96m (length) × 27m (width) × 99.8m (height), with a near-square elevation. Horizontal sunshades and tree planters as a fa?ade language unifies the main tower and podium, responding to both internal functions and urban context.

垂直板樓 vs 雙子塔樓

Vertical Slab vs. Twin Towers

項(xiàng)目定位為高層建筑綜合體，按照原本業(yè)主的期許，需要建設(shè)兩棟塔樓，一棟自用，一棟出租。但是這樣，設(shè)計(jì)就又回到了最常規(guī)的塔樓形式，辦公空間的使用率受到極大限制，同時(shí)還產(chǎn)生了兩棟辦公樓的對(duì)視問題。所以，為了保證辦公空間的使用效率，并且能夠有機(jī)會(huì)整合出更多的公共空間，我們提出了大板樓的設(shè)計(jì)方案。

Initially envisioned as a twin-tower complex (one for self-use, one for leasing), this conventional approach risked inefficient layouts and visual conflicts between towers. Our alternative—a single vertical slab—optimized spatial efficiency while integrating public amenities.

建筑功能按照豎直方向進(jìn)行布置。自下而上依次為公共停車場(chǎng)、出租辦公和自用辦公總部三大部分。各功能體塊之間插入了公共餐廳、咖啡、體育館，會(huì)議室和報(bào)告廳，企業(yè)展廳等公共設(shè)施。這些縫隙空間成為供人“自由呼吸”的空中平臺(tái)，為員工提供休憩和放松的場(chǎng)所。

Programs stack vertically: public parking, rental offices, and the institute’s headquarters. Interstitial floors house shared facilities—dining halls, cafes, gyms, conference rooms, and exhibition spaces—creating "breathing" platforms for relaxation.

在原標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層平面的設(shè)計(jì)里，我們采用雙核心筒的方式，一方面是形成更加穩(wěn)定的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)，另一方面自然劃分出租辦公和自用辦公區(qū)域，減輕交通負(fù)荷。兩個(gè)核心筒之間形成南北無遮擋的開放辦公空間，兩側(cè)可設(shè)置辦公室和會(huì)議室，極大提高了辦公空間的使用效率。雖然最終概念沒有保留，但在26米×96米的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層內(nèi)，我們實(shí)現(xiàn)了靈活的空間劃分，既能滿足不同面積段的辦公需求，也方便出租辦公的二次劃分，雙層通高空間也使得辦公環(huán)境更加多樣。

In the initial design, dual core tubes enhance structural stability, segregate rental and self-use zones, and reduce circulation loads. Between the cores, unobstructed north-south office spaces maximize flexibility, while perimeter areas accommodate enclosed rooms. Though the original concept evolved, the final 26m × 96m standard floors allow adaptable layouts for diverse tenant needs, enriched by double-height communal voids.

水平線條回應(yīng)地域條件

Horizontal Lines as Regional Response

珠海雖然氣候溫暖，但日照強(qiáng)烈。為了避免陽光直射并增加開窗可能性，我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)了1.7米深的混凝土挑檐，達(dá)到被動(dòng)式節(jié)能效果。挑檐展露在建筑外層，窗戶自然藏于陰影中。這種水平挑檐成為建筑立面的主要語言，粗細(xì)相間，具有很強(qiáng)的雕塑感。

Zhuhai’s intense sunlight inspired 1.7m-deep concrete sunshades—a fa?ade-defining element that conceals windows in shadow and enables passive cooling. These rhythmic horizontal bands create sculptural depth while serving functional and aesthetic purposes.

相較于高區(qū)，建筑裙房對(duì)周邊城市環(huán)境的影響更為直接。裙房的主要功能為政府擁有的停車樓，北側(cè)是城市街道，面向珠海體育中心，南側(cè)是學(xué)校的教學(xué)樓。我們希望打破停車樓帶來的單調(diào)乏味感，盡量削弱其對(duì)城市的消極影響。我們通過水平挑檐變?yōu)榛▔?，借?nèi)外錯(cuò)動(dòng)的變化實(shí)現(xiàn)不同尺度的植被的生長需求，同時(shí)形成豐富的陰影變化。植被的生長使建筑裙房變成了一座立體的花園，隱藏了停車樓的功能屬性，這種變化對(duì)城市環(huán)境是積極的。最重要的是，身處教學(xué)樓的同學(xué)們向窗外望去的時(shí)候，看到的不會(huì)是冰冷的停車樓，而是一片立體的花園。

The podium, housing a municipal parking garage, faces conflicting contexts: urban streets to the north and a school to the south. To soften its bulk, horizontal sunshades morph into staggered planters supporting diverse vegetation, creating rich shading effects. The resulting vertical garden masks the parking function, offering students a living green facade instead of a monotonous structure.

盡管水平線條在整個(gè)建筑中扮演著非常重要的角色，但我們并不希望這變成一種單一的邏輯。因此，我們并沒有將豎向的柱子藏起來，而是將其一半露出外立面，清水混凝土柱呈現(xiàn)出的灰色，與水平清水混凝土挑檐的白色形成對(duì)比，在不影響水平語言的同時(shí)，增加了另一個(gè)層次。

While horizontality dominates, verticality is not suppressed. Exposed gray fair-faced concrete columns contrast with white horizontal bands, adding layered complexity without compromising the primary design language.

建筑應(yīng)該是對(duì)城市的直接反饋

Architecture as Direct Urban Dialogue

項(xiàng)目在建成后毫無爭議的成為香洲區(qū)，甚至珠海的“標(biāo)志性”建筑。對(duì)于是否是標(biāo)志性并不是我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)的初衷，我們也不排斥這樣的結(jié)果。我們更希望這樣一棟看似“樸素”的建筑也能對(duì)城市產(chǎn)生積極的影響，推動(dòng)地區(qū)的城市發(fā)展和人民的生活質(zhì)量。我們相信科創(chuàng)中心能夠在很長一段時(shí)間里扮演著這樣的角色。

Can a "modest" building positively impact a city? During the competition phase, one juror dismissed the design as "factory-like." Yet upon completion, it has become an uncontested landmark in Xiangzhou—not by chasing iconicity, but by prioritizing contextual responsibility. We measure success not by symbolic status, but by enduring contributions to urban life. This project, we believe, will serve Zhuhai as a catalyst for regional development and quality of life for decades.
